In local server it is not working?

I am using WAMP server.. I copied the xinha folder into it.
All Example Pages are working properly.. But when i create a new page with this editor it is showing the textarea not an Editor options and all...
Where is the problem...
can any one help me regarding this one...

You will have to use your browser developer tools to see what is wrong.
