Multiple table entries in context menu for nested tables

Hello,

I use xinha 0.96.1 with ContextMenu and TableOperations plugin. If I right click in a table which is contained in a table cell I get two instances of all table related menu entries. If three tables are nested, all entries appear three times and so forth. But only the table or cell which contains the cursor is affected no matter which of the multiple menu entries I choose.

Is this only me, or is this a known bug? How can I avoid this behaviour?

Additionally some context menu entries from TableOperations are in english language albeit the chosen lange is "de" which works for the respective toolbar buttons. Could this be related?
