How can I edit tha popup attributes?

Hi,

I want to use de functionality of Insert/Modify Link, but I couldn't find the right piece of code from where I can set the attributes of the popup window.. I'd like to have it without the status bar and the address, and it would be better if it hasn't the window title.. But I'm a bit lost..
