enabling copy/cut/paste on firefox portable

hi all,

i'm using firefox portable v3.5.4 and unfortunatley can't use the toolbar items: cut, copy, paste
by default they don't show up in the toolbar at all. when removing this tag: Xinha.is_gecko ? [] i'm getting this error:

Access to XPConnect service denied"  code: "1011

i've googled and found out that i need to add some lines to my user.js - problem: firefox portable doesn't have it

anyone knows how to enable cut,copy,paste in the toolbar?

Can you not do it in about:config ?

Install the Firefox addon AllowClipboard Helper. It handles the update of user.js, writing security rules to allow javascript to work on the paste operation.
