When inserting a file link, I would like Target Window to be automatically set to New Window (_blank).
I originally tried to set it in manager.php by adding selected="selected" in the html code. That didn't work, so that made me think that the default value (None) is set in one of the Javascript files, maybe in either extended-file-manager.js or assets/manager.js.
I'm not too familiar with Javascript so I'm not sure where I'm supposed to set it and how to set it.
Could anyone help me with this please?

I had copied over my Users Library so thought my registration was automatically entered. since I wasnt getting any notifications for registering, it didnt occur to me to check for registration. YOu might consider adding, "Register me to get rid of this window."
