How can I upload with Image Manager or Extended File Manager?

Hi,
I'm just download Xinha and upload to my server to try upload images, but when when I try with ExtendedDemo with with imagemanager and I click on Insert/Modify Image only shows me the images and I can't upload Images to the server, cause that's what I want.

Also with file manager only appear an icon with insert file link... so how can I just manage files maybe with links??
