Does XINHA require PHP?

When I try to use XINHA, I receive an error message that PHP is required. See below..

An error Has occured: Method not allowed
URL: http://localhost/catsweb/xinha/plugins/linker/scan.php

I don't have PHP installled, just IIS. Is there any way to make XINHA work without PHP?

The naked installation of xinha does not require PHP. If you are using plugins, than some plugins do. The linker plugin indicated above does require PHP. Just disable that plugin in your config.

To see if a plugin requires PHP just look at the documentation for that plugin:
