error on LINKER plugin on IIS server with ASP

I use XINHA on IIS server with ASP pages
without support for PHP.

I receive flw error:

An error has occurred: Method not allowed
URL: http://localhost/xinha/plugins/Linker/scan.php

It looks like LINKER plugin uses PHP code.
does scan.php have ASP version?
or what to do?

scan.php does not have an asp version. You would need to write one.
