Server requirements for running Xinha - just PHP (version?) or ...?

It doesn't seem to say anywhere in the documentation for Xinha what server requirements there are. I know it's mostly javascript but clearly there is some PHP as well on the server backend. Any particular version of PHP required? Anything else like CGI, MySQL etc?

Xinha is pure client-side JavaScript. However, some plugins (Linker, ExtendedFileManager, SuperClean e.g.) need PHP, but should work with all versions out there. For ExtendedFileManager you also need some image processing library like GD or ImageMagick

I'm running Xinha off a Windows 2003 machine running an obscure web server (4D). Does the PHP components of Xinha require apache or one of the other php-aware servers? Or do I just install php and let her rip?

Your server obviously must be able to execute PHP scripts, e.g. as CGI. I don't know if 4D can do this

Where can I find what is sent by Linker, and what is the expected response? I may be able to simulate it in 4D.
