The URL followed with many parameters including "/" error

Hi ,
  I got a strange problem,if I open a page like ".../example.jsp?name=aaa/bbb&intro=ccc/ddd".
the page includes Xinha ,and load it .Xinha works fine in normal .but when moving a image in Xinha-area,the image disappears. if I encode the "/" with %2F ,the problem disappears.the moving action is back good,the problem is on Firefox3,what happen?can I change config to resolve this issue?

Could be a bug, please open a ticket
