Where is the PasteText plugin ?

Hello,

The text I past from Word or OpenOffice contains lot of style information that cause problems with my css.
I would like this text to be pasted as plain text. I read there is a plugin named PasteText to add a specific button. We can view it on the Xinha demo page, checking it in the plugin list.
But I can't find it on the plugins page.

How to add this plugin ?

All  plugins are in the distribution package and can be activated as described  in the NewbieGuide

Oh... the plugin is already in the default package !
