Image not working

I am using Xinha with Open Realty. I am trying to add an image to a page and when I click on the image icon I get this message:

Forbidden.  You do not have permission to access /include/class/xinha/ImageManager/backend.php on this server.

Please help...This is the last step in a VERY long project.

All is said in the error. This would have to be fixed on your server.
