pop ups not working

Most of the pop ups aren't working  - I say most because a few are working but the info button and help buttons are 2 that aren't working in either firefox or IE.  So I'm assuming the popup.js doesn't work where I've installed xinha.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?  I've got xinha installed in another program and having no difficulties so it must be the javascript in that particular situation.

Oh, plugins with pop ups that are working  - linker, font color/background color - but I looked at linker and I think I see a different way of doing that popup.

I've tried this with version 94, one nightly version and the beta 95 - same resullts

Not enough information to assist.

Install firebug plugin for firefox.
Using that look for javascript errors and look in the Net tab for 404's etc.

I had already done that but the page won't load with firebug activated - this is in zen cart - a major shopping cart and it has plenty of javascript already so it's hard to figure out what's going on.  I'm new to firebug and haven't discovered how to find the javascript errors.  Got a friend who can show me so I'll talk to him. --- in the mean time, anyone got any ideas?
