NULL http GET requests

In IE I am getting between 10 to 20 GET requests for <rootdir>/null everytime I post an editor form. (Nothing in Firefox)

Everything else works fine, only symptom is slow loading because of file not found response. System logs confirm requests.

This seems to be identical to trac 1001 which was reported a while ago.

Has anyone else seen this? I am running the latest nightly.

Thanks,
Graham...

Re: NULL http GET requests

I have put the simple example page at  http://www.eagleintranets.co.uk/flexite … ample.html
It loads fine and when Submit Query is pressed reloads the page. This takes up to 10 seconds sometimes to load.
If I use Httpanalyzer or Ethereal to view http it looks like for every possible cached file there is a GET http://www.eagleintranets.co.uk/flexite … mples/null which results in a 404 not found or aborted request.
I have tried multiple servers, including a server on localhost, multiple PCs, IE6 and 7, Windows safemode, all with the same result.
