how to input html into xinha

Hi there.
I'm new to Xinha so please excuse my ignorance.

How do I input html into Xinha? When a user clicks to edit the page the current code from the database needs to be inputted into the editor. Then how do I capture the html after they have saved the page?

I know these are probably easily solved, so if someone can give me an answer or point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.
