Xinha generated html Syntax

We are using Xinha  editor in our blog. The HTML it generates are not 508 compliant (does not meet US Govt disabled individuals
requirements)

How can I configure Xinha to control the html syntax.

OR

How can I configure Xinha not to change the html syntax I entered when I switch from source
to editor mode.
