Safari compatibility

In Safari when you create a link on some highlighted text, it creates the link but then does not highlight the link again like in other browsers when I'm using htmlArea. So I'm wondering, does the _createLink function in Xinha work in Safari?

Re: Safari compatibility

Xinha doesn't work in Safari at all, to my knowledge smile  No Mac around here, so no Safari testing.

Re: Safari compatibility

Stunning! Safari 2 was missing some vital js stuff (e.g. selection handling if I recall right). may they have improved this. Safari support would be real hot smile

Re: Safari compatibility

i've read that when you reboot after installing it is less buggy.
oh well at least it should improve.
apparently the gmail rich text editor works in it.

Re: Safari compatibility

cool!

I tried to get it working on Safari/mac but got nowhere - if someone gets it working for Safari/win that would be really really cool!
