Maximum Image Width in EFM

Hi All,

I am having some serious issues with uploading images in the Extended File Manager. If an image is bigger than about 1000px wide, it will upload (providing it is in the filesize limit), but once uploaded, you can't do anything with it. You cant select it or edit it, and you cant insert it into the website. This is causing me great distress and embarassment, as well as reducing my efficiency because after trying to teach my clients how to use the editor and failing on the uploads, I have to resize the images and upload them for my clients.

Is there a maximum size that can be uploaded, can it be changed or removed, is this a bug and if so is there a fix for it? I have experienced this problem on several websites that use the editor and I really need a solution to this. Xinha is the perfect editor in every other way, this is the only issue I have with it..

Thanks

Patrick

Re: Maximum Image Width in EFM

Try the ImageManager plugin, EFM and ImageManager will co-exist from the current SVN revision.  ImageManager is more advanced for inserting images (EFM was based off ImageManager originally).
