How to remove PHP Session ID from local link

Hi everybody,
I have a little problem on one of my site where session_trans_sid is on. It add automatcly the session id to every local link. And so did it to the local link i add with xinha.
Is there a way to prevent this ?
If not, I suppose I have to remove the sessionid from the returning value with PHP... anybody did this before ? a nice regex to remove session id from a string ?
