I'm such a NEWB!!

I'm pretty sure I followed the newbie instructions correctly, but I can't get the formatting bars to come-up even on the examples included with the package.  I've changed the paths and I put an alert() in the init() function to make sure it is getting called, but still I'm not getting anything.

Here's the simple example file I can't get to work:

Any ideas?  Sorry I'm such a newb!
