disable trash (delete folder / delete files) on Xinha (Image Browser)

Hi!

is there a way to disable DELETE FOLDER/FILES BUTTON? on Xinha (Image Browser)

i´m using Xinha on my wordpress BLOG with diffrent users. ALL USERS can delete FULL Folders and files from others if the want.
Is there a way that only ADMINS can do that? if not how can i disable DELETE FOLDER/FILES BUTTON online?
