Changing default Textarea style

Hello, all night im looking where i can chage default textarea text style and cant find
i want set my own default text color, size ant family. Where i can do that ?:)

And maybe somebody knows is posibble to change:
when i press [enter] and want  start write in new line, script all text in line before takes into "<p>line</p>" but i want that it only in the end of that line write "line<br>"

At last i found how set default font style, but still looking for help how change script

thanks. how to change default css now i know, but still can't find where i can change that part of JS witch after pressing [enter] (start writing in new line), all line before takes in to <p>line before</p>. I want that it in end of that line put only <br />

pressing shift+enter will give <br />

Yes, that i know. but i want when pressing just enter it also gives only <br />

To change the behaviour of unshifted enter, in Mozilla set xinha_config.mozParaHandler = "built-in". In IE there is now way to change this.
