Toolbar location

Hi,

If you have read my previous thread, you will know that I want to host more than one textarea on the page.

As the toolbar is quite large, if I have many text areas, then a lot of screen estate will be taken up. What I would like to do is to host the toolbar at the top of the page (moving to stay visible on the page).

Any ideas how I can do this?
