How to load a plugin by another plugin?

Hello

i'm finishing an CSS manager plugin for Xinha and i have a problem... the system works fine only if we are editing an entire HTML page, so i need the FullPage active to my plugin works.

Can i activate FullPage dinamically when my plugin are loading?
I tried loadPlugin, registerPlugin... nothing.
