Xinha works with FF but refuses to do with IE

Hi:

This is a Xinha PostNuke port but maybe someone here could point into the right direction.
Xinha is working with FF ONLY. With IE the editor seems to be called but it dont work. 
Here are two captures:

This one the Xinha editor from Submit News FireFox (THIS ONE WORKS)

This one the Xinha editor buttons shaded (Submit News) IE Not working...

If I try to click on the text area nothing happens. Also, if I get page source from both browsers, page source is the *SAME*...

Need HELP!!, this seems weird....  I tried with both IE 7 and IE 6.

Hmm seems as js conflict with a custom theme, it works with other themes.  Please ignore...
