Problem with xinha height in ie

hi everyone,
I have a problem with Xinha height in IE , it seems that Xinha can't recognize the size of toolbar in IE. so the editor height is different between Firefox and IE after initializing the editors. any idea?

PS : I set the sizeIncludesBars to false) and problem temporary solved, but it's not the answer.
