The french language work with Mozilla but not IE, why ???

As international languages generally don't seem to have ceased working even in IE, your question is a bit to vague to come up with a quick answer

In fact only English language work with internet explorer.

With IE look at the exemple test, choose French, German or other and reload the editor, a error message appear :

Error: Le module spécifié est introuvable.
