Customizing the Menubar?

hello,

can somebody please tell me, how i can customize the menubar?
e.g. i'd like to remove "strikethrough", sub- and superscript, "help using editor" and so on.

thanks for your reply, i had a short look at the wiki before posting this, but didn't notice the link for the titleindex at the end of the page. maybe it should be placed under "further information"?
