Word clean adds 'Dialog1' type input fields to editor - how to deal?

I'm trying Xinha with my CMS editor. WordClean seems to add a number of inputs named 'Dialog1', 'Dialog2' etc which appear in the form output.

I can recode the CMS form, but is there a way to suppress these in Xinha?
