How to commit changes?

hi, i just translated Xinah to farsi. i don't know how to submit it!
i have checked out Xinha SVN repository but when i want to commit it ask me user , password.
also ticked section doesn't allow submitting attache files

ps : user:guest password:guest didn't help!

Create a diff (svn diff) of your changes, and email them to me, I'll apply it.

PS: you can attach files to tickets after you create the ticket.
