Image manager plug not working properly

I have Xinha installed on my server with apache2 and php 5.  Everything works as expected except that the image manager doesn't work through backend.php.   If I browse directly to the ImageManager/manager.php it works fine, but if I click the Image manager Icon from within Xinha html area, it just pops up the source code to backend.php... I know that php is working because I can browse directly to the manager.php and it works fine.  Any help would be appreciated.

Nevermind,

Not sure why, but I re-downloaded it and re-installed it and now it seems to be working fine
