uploading PDF,doc,pps, or any filename and link to it

Xinha is just great !!!!
The only thing that i cant find is uploading pdf file and make link to it. I can copy it by ftp and create link to it its ok.
But it would be great to have icon 'UPLOAD ANY FILE' in xinha editor.

Please tell me how to do it

You could also look at the ExtendedFileManager plugin packaged with the Xinha which does just the thing you mentioned.
