image onresize action

Hello,

it's possible to execute javascript action after image resize?
I'm afraid it's browser specific feature - IE keep aspect ratio, Mozilla not.

Instead of url to image i include path to script which take care about caching and resizing, but
i need width and height and add it as parameters to script (ex. /image.php?f=/test.jpg&w=80&h=40).
