Standard font and font size no matter what, also editing the default C

I would like xinha to put everything in verdana font 8.5 size no matter whats slected on the page or whats copyied into the page, How would i set that up???

Is their a way to run a bare bones version taking out most of the default junk at the top, ive already disabled all the plugins?

and finally is their a way so whenever a p tag is placed in the code it puts a <P CLASS="text"> instead, some auto formatted text we already use???(not a big issue)
