Recommendations, please?

Can someone please recommend a Wiki that uses Xinha?

Not an online wiki, but one I can download and install on an intranet server. It's a Windows server running IIS (and I don't have the option of installing a different web server.) I need page history and the option to revert to previous versions and if possible, I'd like to have logins and security.

My highest priority, though, is something that has true WYSIWYG editing.
