InsertPicture vs. ImageManager

Hi,

What is the difference between InsertPicture plugin and ImageManager plugin ?
I c'an't see any difference !

ok solved,

If ImageManager and InsertPicture are included in xinha_plugins in this order.
So, even if Imagemanager is not registered, this is this plugin which replace the standard InsertImage.

Bug ?
