Fullscreen Plugin

I just download, installed and tested Xinha a realy nice HTML Editor.

I tried fullScreen and have seen, that the fullScreen Plugin sizes the area to much (on the bottom and on the right side it is about 10 pixel to big and you didn't see everything)
Now i thought for testing and understanding the Editor and Plugin System better, i would like to let on the right and bottom a margin of 10 pixels.
But i can remove the whole FullScreen Directory and it still works. Why ? where is the code for it, i thougt i have nearly every file seearched but didn't find it.

I think this is a bug :
1.)If i use the PHP ImageManger and edit the the Image, resizing the image that the image is bigger than the Window, the scrollbars appears.  If you scroll the window, you can't select a part of the image (the image is scrolled, but the image selector isn't scrolled)
2.) If you maximize the window or resize the window to a greater size, the image area didn't resize

I didn't found this bug in the tricker system, should i save this bug in the ticker system ?
