ImageManager - how can i automaticly resize uploaded picture?

how can i set maxwidth and maxheight so uploaded pictures can be set to fit within this frame? i couldnt fine anything helpfull searching provided files and this discussion forum.

the iBrowser/iManger plugins would allow you to resize your images upon uploading.
