I just discovered this forum, so forgive me if these questions have already been answered elsewhere…
My group is currently using twiki, which for anyone unfamiliar is a wiki tool that converts a text file with wiki-like markup tags into html. In order to bring more contributors into our wiki community, it's necessary that we explore a WYSIWYG option. Of the WYSIWYG wiki tools we've looked at so far, Xinha appears to have the best interface and the richest feature set. However, we have two main concerns at this point:
* How hard would it be to convert our twiki files to Xinha? Specifically, would we have to deal with broken links?
* Some of the ‘old guard’ in my group are comfortable working with the twiki markup tags. Is there a way to provide the authors in my group with both a Xinha WYSIWYG interface and a markup tag option?
Of course, the best alternative would be to add the option to use Xinha and preserve the ability to edit twiki files and all of the generated html would coexist and link happily ever after. If that’s not possible then we’d like to explore a wiki markup solution that is compatible with Xinha.
Anyone here with ideas on how to best address these issues?

Xinha is an HTML editor. You must give Xinha html to edit, and it will give you back edited html. Wether you convert between twiki and html is up to you.
Search the forums, somebody else mentioned they had some success with such an approach recently.
