l10n lc-parser script

i just uploaded a little script that parses all files to create a lang/base.js

works quite well, it reports all strings used (i hope at least...)

so how should we continue with this script
- upload the script itself to the svn-server in trunk/scripts/ ?
- let it running somewhere on http://xinha.gogo.co.nz/ ?
- just leave it as attachment in tecket 203 ?
- upload those base.js files to svn?

....my vote would be to upload the base.js files to the repository because that way it will be the easiest for translators to do their work.
of course these base.js files must be updated from time to time - but that should not be too much work.

(i would like to metion that i'm on holiday next week, so anywhoe who likes can play with my script - or else i continue when i return)

Yes, I think in the repositiory.  Perhaps if we make a "contrib" directory and it can go in there, perhaps with some documentation on how to write new translations.
