insertHTML and IE

In IE if the editor is not selected and you insertHTML it places the html at the very top of the page. This does not happen in firefox.

Is this a bug or is there a work-around?

You'd think focusEditor(); would do the trick :

var D = xinha_editors.myTextArea.focusEditor();

but unfortunately..

focusEditor seems to lose the character position in IE. Is there any way round this?
