background text color not working?

It appears that background text color is not working in FF on the nightly example or the version im using (probably a week old).  I had some other people test this, can anyone confirm?

Yep, not working for me either. Think most of these Moz issues have already had a ticket raised for them now

It's not working for me either...
I couldn't find a Ticket regarding the problem, so I created one..
