#xinha IRC channel

I would like to propose a #xinha channel for developers/users to help with faster results to questions, etc. As a developer, I find IRC very helpful.
I suggest http://freenode.net/ to be the IRC network of choice as it is geared towards this.
Simply set your irc client to use the "irc.freenode.net" server. If you do not have a client, ChatZilla for Firefox, Trillian, and mIRC are all good options.
I will start the channel #xinha. Hope to see you there!

I am in the process of actually getting the #xinha channel registered on Freenode.

However, I am not sure what all we would want to put in the registration form. Gogo, is this something that you should fill out? Does anyone have experience registering onto the Freenode network?

It would be nice to work with other developers real time and make this channel a developer community. Please let me know what you think.

We have our own irc server if you're looking for one.

I connect via bnc and can join the channel via bnc where I would be permanently joined (this way, the registration doesn't expire). Just join, register, then register your channel. I'll join the channel as soon as I see it. Again, this is only if you are interested...not meant to be spam.

..Im banned from the IRC channel for some reason. It always says "Cannot connect. Adress is banned". Detoks removed the ban for me previously, but It only worked temporarily, because as soon as I disconected and reconected I was banned again.
