Removing file upload icon

I have no idea if this is going to be seen or not. But I'm interested in removing the insert file link and image upload buttons from the wysiwyg editor. I am using the latest version (Xinha-0.96.1). Is there annyway to remove these buttons. I'm afraid of having them on their for security reasons.

Any help would be appreciated. I am a good html, css, php coder, but I have never taken the time to sit down and learn javascript. I will one day, but I just edit scripts here and there and load em onto my sites. I can do small editing and tinkering if people kind of help me out. Thank you.
