Split Buttons Of Table Operations

In Xinha split buttons of table operations are always disabled. In demo in xinha site also those buttons were disabled. Is there any reason for that? Can anybody help me with it.

They should enable only when you are focussed in a table cell (you have something that can be split).

I wanted to split a cell which hasn't merged. I thinks it is not available in Xinha yet.
