Where is the ExtendedFileManager standalone version

Hi

I can't seem to find the standalone version of the ExtendedFileManager. The links that I find are from topics from 2007-ish, but the links are dead. Could anyone point me in the right direction, please?

You can find the file-picker.js in the Xinha distribution itself,

it hasn't been used in a long while, so you'll probably need to fiddle about with it a bit.
