Links?

I have some problems with links

When I preview such hyperlink: <a href="http://yahoo.com">Yahoo.com</a> what I get is: http://mydomain.com/%22http://yahoo.com/%22

However, when I type in the HTML Source <a href=http://yahoo.com>Yahoo.com</a> it runs ok.
I had the same problem with FCKeditor...:|

On the other hand, when I run the http://mydomain.com/admin/xinha/example … ample.html everything works OK!

Have anyone of you encoutered this problem?
