Xinha is no longer compatible with HTMLArea launch code

It had to happen eventually, but sometime in the last six months it became impossible to launch Xinha from the old demo.html example, (which required all the plugins to be listed twice).

The information about this at http://xinha.python-hosting.com/wiki/Compatability is not really accurate any more. Xinha is no longer a "drop-in replacement" for HTMLArea.

hmm...actually I think it still does work (tried it out with an example from rev 2)
