Xinha used with Etomite HELP

Have 40+ sites with Etomite and Xinha BEST EDITOR of the 3 offered BUT - patched version on Etomite's site is older version - is there a step by step guide to make xinha work with etomite, with Etomites version I am experiencing the following plus other quirks

1) won't work at all with firefox only shows html

2) pop up windows won't resize and do NOT show ok/cancle button so cannot use - especially on table/cell properties which is VERY IMPORTANT, can do with IE7 by using 75% on window zoom

3) full page button does not work

4) several other bugs that I see in the forums

5) down loaded latest version and installed in Etomites folder but will not work.
