Xinha editor comes disabled in second occurrence

Hello,
I am using Ajax InPlaceEdttor but instead the plain textarea I am using Xinha editor there. But toggling is working only for first time i.e. when text is clicked, Xinha editor opens and when user clicks outside the editor, the editor is removed/closed and previous state comes back.

But my problem is when user clicks on the text for second time, the Xinha editor opens in disabled mode (nothing can be typed inside xinha editor at that moment). If user resizes or refreshes the browser manually, only then Xinha editor becomes enabled.
